Funding cases
If you can’t afford a lawyer, you can apply for a grant of legal assistance to help you pay for a lawyer to run your case.
New law updates
Recent changes to law include:
- Drinking alcohol while driving
- Criminal penalties for owners after dog attacks
- Serving alcohol to people under 18
- Protecting personal safety
- Owners living in moveable homes.
